Her work spans industries including edtech, healthcare, AI, and go-to-market technology, always with a focus on user experience, ensuring that products are not just functional but intuitive and deeply connected to real customer needs. She has also helped companies navigate complex organizational structures, breaking down silos between product, engineering, and business functions to improve collaboration, accelerate decision-making, and drive more cohesive execution. Earlier in her career, she built and launched B2B SaaS products, securing enterprise clients such as SAP and HP.
Lisa believes the best products come from teams that are deeply connected to their customers and focused on outcomes rather than outputs. She builds organizations that not only execute well but also continuously improve—ensuring teams have the right structure, skills, and focus to deliver both immediate impact and sustained success. By fostering a culture where teams see the purpose behind their work, are empowered to make smart decisions, and have the structure to iterate and refine products based on real user feedback, she helps companies scale without losing agility or customer focus.
