Kristie is a senior executive with a proven ability to scale businesses from 0 to 1 and beyond. Whether optimizing enterprise solutions or building and scaling startup products, she combines strategic vision, technical acumen, and a relentless focus on the user to drive meaningful business impact. Her deep expertise spans eCommerce, marketplace strategy, payment solutions, and edtech.
Most recently at Pearson, she led the initiative to launch a direct-to-consumer digital subscription business, serving the needs of millions of higher education students across the United States. In her 10+ years at Shutterfly, she led a transformative eCommerce re-platforming initiative, optimizing the end-to-end customer experience and contributing to its exponential growth from $54M to over $2BN in revenue. At DoorDash, she played a foundational role in launching and scaling the Grocery & Convenience marketplace. Earlier in her career, Kristie was instrumental in defining Clover Payments’ go-to-market strategy and pricing, contributing to its successful acquisition by FirstData/KKR.
Kristie is obsessed with deeply understanding user behavior, leveraging user research, competitive analysis, and A/B testing to inform long-term product strategy and ensure her teams build high-value, customer-centric solutions. Beyond driving business impact, Kristie is passionate about helping teams refine their processes, take a practical MVP-driven approach to product development, and connect with the right talent to accelerate growth.
