Manish is a seasoned product leader with a track record of driving innovation and scaling SaaS companies to successful outcomes. As SVP of Product at JRNI, Manish increased customer retention by 25% and launched the company's first AI-powered capabilities. As a member of the leadership team at Klaviyo, he helped double revenue to $300M by leading product initiatives that transformed Klaviyo to a multi-product, multi-market company. As SVP of Product, and a member of the executive team at WordStream, he helped scale the company from $5M to $50M in revenue, leading to a successful acquisition by Gannett. Manish previously held senior product roles at Demandware (acquired by Salesforce) and Art Technology Group (acquired by Oracle). He spent his early career as a strategy consultant at McKinsey, and a software engineer at Thomson Corporation.
Manish brings an engineer’s structured approach, a McKinsey consultant’s strategic thinking, and career-long experience of building great teams and products. In his career, he has built and led high-performing product and design teams, and brought his results-oriented approach to drive transformation and growth at multiple companies. Manish is passionate about helping companies craft winning product strategies, optimize team performance, accelerate growth, and unlock customer value.
Manish holds an MBA from Wharton and a B.A. from Lawrence University in Mathematics and Computer Science (summa cum laude).
